Michael Rosenbaum即将重返CW老牌科幻剧《超人前传》（Smallville）最后一集，再次扮演人们耳熟能详的老角色Lex Luthor。 “我非常高兴能重返该剧的最后一集，”Rosenbaum在发布声明中说道。“我之所以回归是希望报答所有让该剧走向成功的全体粉丝们。我非常敬重他们的冲动、他们对我的痛恨、甚至是对我的威胁，哈哈。” 看来，Rosenbaum的回归也算了却了本剧一部分死忠们多年来的夙愿。 至于Lex Luthor会以何种方式回归5月13日播出的《超人前传》两小时大结局，本剧的执行制片人Brian Peterson和Kelly Souders表示说：“毫无疑问，Lex是Clark Kent一生的强敌，是本剧一大反派。” Lex Luthor曾经以克隆人的身份出现在本剧第十季，但是Rosenbaum于第七季末离开该剧。他即将出演Fox新剧《Breaking In》。
